1. Refund Policy

Please note that refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item or approval of the refund request. Certain sale items or special-order items may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options including standard UPS Ground Service , and must of our items are free shipping. All shipments are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping Times: Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, while expedited and overnight shipping options are available at additional costs. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Rates will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.
  • Eligible Destinations: We currently ship domestically within United States Please check our shipping calculator at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your location.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Return Policy and Process

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. Products that have been used, worn, Damage or altered are not eligible for returns.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer support team at mcij4500parts@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include the RA number.
    3. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the provided return address. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the return within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exceptions: Certain products, including sale merchandise, Electrical components are not be eligible for return.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped, and customers will need to follow the return process if they no longer wish to keep the item.
